PMA’s Sport Fighting Program is for the individual looking for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding experience. It consists of Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Combat Submission Wrestling (MMA). These styles are the main methods used in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), which is one of the fastest growing sports today. Classes within this program are High-Intensity workouts that focus on the development of the qualities of a fighter: optimal strength and conditioning, timing, tenacity, and discipline. This is also a vehicle for those wishing to compete in the future. PMA has students who regularly compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and MMA.
