Students enter the school through Foundations 101 and can choose between grappling and striking or both. This phase of training is of paramount importance as it lays the groundwork for our higher level programs. Foundations 101 focuses on physical fitness and the development of strong fundamentals.
Students who have successfully completed the Foundations 101 program are invited into the Combat Athlete Program (CAP). Here is where students can specialize and focus in one discipline or cross train among 25 classes per week.
